Karen Allen painting: Hook Mt Tondo
Debbie Broshi writer (excerpts)

”The earth touches the sky.

The pink and pastel greens dot upon the blue.
It’s a peaceful sight, yet an orgy of colors and sounds.
In such a small place, people can get to know each other more intimately than they would like, Like a big family.

And like a big family living in a crowded house, animosity can be as present as warmth.

The light pink and pastel greens dot upon the blue. The blue is like a stream of cool water that has fire underneath…”

Celia Reissig Moon Musings: in response to the artwork in general and specifically to Schreiber-Noll’s work, The Earth Recedes into the Night and Silent Companions.

Donna Minkowitz Untitled for Mary McFerran’s work, Tower.

The mystery comes in
as if I were flying toward it
a shimmering in the air
how
can I smell wild scent hovering over the factories
as of a magical
wood
the music of silve
flutes
I don’t even know what this country is
only
that this is where I would like to live
Nothing
here needs to be supported
Nothing
can fall
all
can
rise
through gold and red and purple showers we are here
all
is in readiness
all
will be here when we need
